Blake's 4 Video

I cant believe that my little Blake will be "4" in about a week....
She has requested a Periwinkle and Tinkerbell Birthday Party.  She pretty much has planned it from the people down to the activities and food.  Looks like she is going to be a party thrower too.

Summer Fun

Water Balloon Fun....
Ya know it takes like 12 hours to fill up water balloons and the fun is over in 2 minutes.

Our Daddy is 40!!!

Well hard to believe that Joey hit the BIG 40 on the 4th of July.  It seems like just barely I was planning his 30th surprise party.  We had a very relaxing day hanging at home then got ready for the fireworks down at the Waterway.  The kids had so much fun playing on the grass which was a good thing since there was a building in the way of the whole firework show.  we missed them..... had fun though and a funny memory that we wont forget.  Remind me not to sit on the Marriot's grass next year, seriously!!!! 

Too big, too soon

I just can't get over that my baby is already four months old.  What the? Time really does fly!  At Reese's four month appointment the doctor said that she is ready for rice cereal and veggies.  It was so fun giving her her first food and she was so excited to be up in her high chair like the big kids.  We gave her some avocado first which she loved then went to carrots and of course the yummy rice cereal.

I finally have started a blog for the Shortino clan.  I really feel like being away it is important for our family and friends to stay up on all of our adventures down here in The Woodlands.  I am excited to start sharing and hope it will be good.
