So we became true Texans over Spring break when we hit up the Houston Rodeo.
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is the world's largest live entertainment and livestock exhibition. It also includes one of the richest regular-season rodeo events. It is held at Reliant Stadium in Houston.
The rodeo has drawn some of the world's biggest recording artists, including Kiss, Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, Brooks & Dunn, George Strait, Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson, Selena, Bon Jovi, ZZ Top, Taylor Swift and Lynyrd Skynyrd, among others
We were lucky to see cute Hunter Hayes.... Talk about performer. He gave it all he had and put on a great concert.
Kids had soooo much fun looking at the animals, eating junk, and watching the rodeo, their 1st one. We couldn't do the carnival this year cause of the rain, but next year is our year for that.

Willies...
What a sweet little joint! SO glad miss Henry and I found this place. Its close to home, great food, sweet patio that includes a sandbox! I think we were there for two hours eating and letting the kids play. What a great day with friends and fun! I also tried my very 1st craw fish EVER. It goes with every meal here in Texas so its about time....
New things!!!
Nash and Blake have been saving up their money for new Razor scooters. The day had finally come when we got to go to Toys R Us. Nash picked out a blue and Blake a pink of course... "Ride Sally Ride".
Reese also received a NEW baby in the mail from Angie and sweet Lola. She will not put her down. Sleeps and plays with this baby. So cute! What a fun day to get new things.

My STAR of the week...
Nash got to be the STAR of the week in February. It was so much fun to make his poster together of all the things he Loves! We are so proud of him for the great boy and student he is.
The Big Day...
Reese and I were so lucky to have visited Utah the week before her actual day. We got to celebrate with all the family and it was much fun to see everyone. We had a brunch at our house the Sunday before and invited a few friends. She loved the cupcake and dived right in.... It was so fun to see the older kids with her and how much LOVE they have for her. On to the next year girl.... we love you.
